I completed an action like favoriting 5 merchants but did not receive my reward (eg raffle). Where can I find this reward?

Raffles can be found in the Raffles Entries section of Rewards. Raffles have a timed draw so you will have to check back to see if you have won. Raffles you win automatically transfer to the Prizes section of Rewards.  

For other rewards like Lucky Points, you can see your Lucky Points summary in the upper left corner of the app in Home, Feed, Referrals, Wallet and Profile as well as in the Loyalty Clubs under Profile. Tap on “View Details’ next to the Loyalty Clubs section and there is a Lucky Points tab displaying all your Lucky Points earnings.

For prizes like gift card cash, you will need to “tap to redeem” on the specific prize in the Prizes section of the wallet in order to add the gift card cash to your gift card balance.
