What is the difference between “pending” and “success” for my cash back status for Shop and Earn offers?

The “pending” cash back status is defined as a transaction that is being tracked and verified for cash back while “success” cash back status is defined as a transaction that is verified for cash back and is available in your gift card balance.  You can find this information in the Savings section in your Rewards.
